It comprises several components – the MinD-Skill Survey, use of the MinD-Skill App, Flow and Peak Performance, Meditation training, application of the I.A.M. technique and breath control for stress reduction. Any or all of these, and more, can be included in a tailored program, depending upon the objectives of your workplace and its management.
